This comprehensive emergency department offers a team that is trained to treat the full spectrum of pediatric emergencies with access to board certified pediatric specialists. About El Paso Children's Hospital ED Annual patient volume of 27,000 13-bed ED EMR: Cerner 24 hours of physician coverage (12-hour shifts) 12 to 24 hours of APC coverage Position Requirements Board-certified acute care nurse practitioner (ACNP or AGACNP) through ANCC or AACN, or board-certified pediatric primary care nurse practitioner (PPCNP) through ANCC Prefer 2+ years in peds Ability to lead and mentor a team of APCs Current ACLS, and PALS certifications Texas medical license and DEA or ability to obtain prior to start date Pay Structure Employee status (W2) status Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision + more Join a team that values clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
