This leadership position will be pivotal in driving the organization’s global fundraising efforts, targeting an ambitious goal of over $30 million annually. Your expertise in corporate, government, foundation, and individual giving will be critical in shaping and implementing effective, multi-channel fundraising strategies that align with our mission of advancing STEM education. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in strategic fundraising and be skilled in building lasting relationships with donors while managing a high-performing fundraising team. As you support local program delivery partners in the field, you will also cultivate strategic partnerships with potential non-profit organizations. Your passion for STEM education and commitment to our values will be essential in this role. Key responsibilities include: Developing and managing innovative fundraising strategies. Strengthening donor relations and ensuring excellence in stewardship. Leading a dynamic team and fostering a collaborative environment. Diversifying revenue streams and expanding the organization’s donor and partner portfolio. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred, and significant senior-level experience is essential.
