SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Job Summary and Qualifications TLC Material Handler Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing all warehouse inventory levels while achieving the companys service level goal, assisting in training personnel on inventory handling, and overseeing workflow and warehouse functions when the Warehouse Logistics Manager is unavailable. In this role you will: Logistics facility duties which include managing ongoing shipment and receival of equipment in a timely fashion, documentation of tickets' progress and closures, and management of facility inventory. Implement and support a broad range of equipment, including but not limited to network equipment, personal computers, printers, cabling, related software products Utilize system reports and knowledge of warehouse activities to maintain accurate inventory records Communicate all significant inventory information to the Manager and/or team lead to help facilitate shortage detection Evaluate inventory levels, adjusting inventory min/max levels, safety stock, lead times, and inventory formulas to ensure sufficient supply to meet customers needs while maintaining targeted inventory turns Interface with and propose solutions to the Manager regarding all issues relating to inventory Review and analyze all changes to product conversions, deletions, and additions to determine impact on inventory requirements Ensure warehouse storage areas are clean and organized, maintain office supply inventory Maintain effective communication with customers, co-workers, and other team members Perform physical inventory counts, as needed Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred Three to five (3-5) years of material management distribution management experience or equivalent experience required Warehouse distribution experience preferred Benefits TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
