Company: Highmark Health Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic Senior Consultant for Change Management and Process Optimization to lead transformative initiatives across various functional areas. In this senior-level role, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing innovative strategies that enhance processes, develop actionable change management plans, and actively engage stakeholders throughout the change lifecycle. Your leadership is critical in ensuring alignment among teams, processes, and technology solutions, ultimately driving improved business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Lean Six Sigma and change management methodologies, empowering them to promote efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Essential Responsibilities Guide the strategy for process improvement and change management by prioritizing enhancements that align with business objectives and product roadmaps, while being mindful of stakeholder needs to minimize change impact. Act as a trusted consultant to stakeholders, utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and other methodologies to optimize workflows, boost productivity, reduce costs, and expedite project delivery while effectively managing risks. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement changes smoothly, focusing on strategic alignment, overcoming resistance, and facilitating transitions. Assess cultural factors that may influence timelines and ensure the successful integration of improvements. Craft and deploy process improvement solutions, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring frameworks, while partnering with stakeholders to integrate change management best practices and encourage support for changes. Standardize processes and institute consistent product development practices across the organization, with an emphasis on tracking progress and reporting outcomes to senior leadership. Enhance the organization's capability in process improvement and change management through skill-building initiatives and continual refinement of standards. Perform additional duties as needed. Experience Required A minimum of 5 years in a change management or operational excellence role. At least 3 years in an operations position. Preferred Experience 3 years in product management or a related role. Skills Proven success in change management and process improvement with a strong record of achieving project goals. Deep expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and other improvement frameworks. Proficiency in change management methodologies like Prosci. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels. Experience in developing and delivering effective training programs. Familiarity with business process modeling tools and Agile project management software, such as Jira. Education Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as determined by the company. Preferred Education Master's degree in Business Administration/Management or another relevant advanced degree. Licenses or Certifications No specific licenses required. Travel Requirement: Less than 25% travel expected. Physical and Working Conditions This position is flexible and may be office-based or remote, with frequent access to a physical workspace required.
