Deliver tailored speech therapy services focusing on vital elements such as communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing. Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, healthcare providers, caregivers, and families to formulate cohesive and effective care approaches. Provide insightful education and resources to patients and their families, empowering progress beyond our sessions. Support occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring smooth transitions throughout the patient's care journey. Maintain diligent, precise documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards to support quality care. Engage in ongoing education and collaboration with peers to stay at the forefront of the field. Education Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified. Certifications Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within first 30 days of employment.
