About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to enhance the effectiveness of our product organization. In this position, you will ensure that our product offerings are informed by customer insights, executed seamlessly, and understood clearly in the market. You will work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to establish structured flows for information sharing, feedback gathering, and priority communication. This hands-on role suits someone who excels in creating clarity in complex situations and enabling teams to work together toward shared goals. Key Responsibilities Voice of Customer & Insight Alignment Develop Voice of Customer Programs: Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to build comprehensive VOC programs that implement tools, processes, and feedback mechanisms to capture customer insights driving product roadmaps. Develop Voice of Operations Programs: Partner with Operations to gather and synthesize feedback that informs product priorities. Centralize Feedback: Maintain a centralized repository for customer feedback and product requests. Feedback Synthesis: Analyze trends in customer feedback and distill insights into actionable themes that inform product strategy and messaging. Enablement & Product Readiness Customer-Informed Enablement: Leverage customer insights to create enablement materials that empower GTM teams to effectively communicate customer challenges and our unique advantages. Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate planning among Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to unify understanding of priorities and timelines. Establish Product Planning Rhythms: Manage structured planning cycles (e.g., quarterly checks, roadmap assessments) to reinforce clear priorities and alignment. Product Communication Frameworks: Create and maintain frameworks for transparently communicating updates and progress to stakeholders. Help Tell the Product Story: Collaborate with Product Marketing to align messaging and narratives around product launches and updates. Process & Continuous Improvement Ensure Organizational Readiness: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure ownership, training, and resources are ready for new product launches. Improve Product Team Effectiveness: Identify and resolve process inefficiencies that may hinder team collaboration. Measure and Report on Impact: Create dashboards to track progress toward product goals and ensure accountability. Enable Continuous Improvement: Facilitate retrospectives and share best practices to enhance collaboration within product teams. What You Bring 5-7 years of experience in product management, program management, or customer experience roles within a SaaS or tech environment. Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of simplifying complex information and ensuring team alignment. Expertise in collecting and synthesizing customer insights for informed decision-making. Able to manage multiple priorities and create structure in dynamic environments. A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to connecting people and ensuring follow-through. A genuine curiosity about team dynamics and a passion for optimizing processes. The estimated total cash compensation for this position ranges from $96,000 to $120,000 USD.
