Maintenance Technician - Job Details Location: Georgetown, KY Schedule: Rotating Schedule | 7:00 PM - 7:20 AM Work Pattern: 4 days one week, 3 days the next Pay: $20.20 - $35.06 per hour Position Type: Direct Hire Bonus: Up to $4,000 Hiring Bonus Overtime: Possible / Mandatory Maintenance Technician Requirements Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints Technical knowledge in PLCs, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and motor controls Experience with computers, CNC equipment, robotics, or automation systems preferred Experience with welding, machining, and fabrication preferred Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, holidays, and shutdown periods About the Maintenance Technician Role As a Maintenance Technician, you will support production equipment and facility operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable performance.
