We produce live activations for some of the worlds most recognizable brands and are seeking a high-performing Senior Account Executive to accelerate new business growth and close strategic opportunities.Role Overview        The Senior Account Executive is responsible for owning the sales cycle from qualified opportunity through contract execution. This role focuses on converting warm leads into revenue, developing new client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets within defined industries and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).        You will work closely with the VP of Business Development and internal creative teams to pitch solutions, negotiate programs, and successfully close complex experiential and fabrication projects.Key Responsibilities        Own and drive the closing process for qualified opportunities across targeted industries and verticals        Convert marketing and business development leads into signed contracts while consistently achieving revenue goals        Establish and grow new client accounts through proactive outreach, networking, tradeshows, and relationship building        Lead client presentations, solution pitches, and proposal discussions in collaboration with internal teams        Negotiate pricing, scopes, and program details for custom experiential and fabrication projects        Manage late-stage pipeline opportunities and maintain accurate forecasting within CRM systems        Partner with the VP of Business Development to achieve sales KPIs and execute growth strategies        Build strong executive-level relationships with prospective and existing clients        Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, production, and leadership teams to ensure successful deal execution        Operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial sales environmentSkills and Competencies        Strong closing mindset with demonstrated success winning new business        Excellent negotiation and presentation skills        Strong business acumen and decision-making abilities        Ability to translate creative solutions into client value and ROI        Competitive, solutions-oriented, and highly self-motivated        Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills        Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through        Ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines simultaneously        Comfortable presenting design-driven concepts and customized pricing structures        Willingness to travel as needed (light travel required)Education, Experience, and Qualifications        Bachelors degree preferred. Equivalent professional experience will be considered        Minimum of 7 years of sales experience within an agency, experiential marketing, tradeshow, or custom fabrication environment        Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets        Demonstrated experience closing complex, project-based sales        History of managing and closing approximately $5 million or more in annual revenue opportunities        Experience selling design, experiential, or production-based solutions preferred        Proficiency with CRM platforms, HubSpot strongly preferred        Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel        Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills        Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities        Collaborative team player capable of working independently and cross-functionally        Commitment to continuous professional development and growthBenefits        Competitive salary and commission structure based on experience        Health Insurance        Dental Insurance        Vision Insurance        401(k)        Paid Time Off (PTO)AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER  recblid l5z3orptqu8ojjgocs2289n7s5si39
