Requisition ID: 42765BR Business Unit: IND About the Role: Join an innovative team at CDM Smith as a Senior Project Manager specializing in industrial water and wastewater projects. You will play a crucial role in the planning and design of water, water reuse, and wastewater initiatives, while contributing to business development activities nationwide. Working with a diverse clientele, your expertise will support sectors such as High Tech, Data Centers, Chemicals, Rubber & Plastics, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Mining, and Manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage projects to ensure they are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to enhance our engineering team's water/wastewater design capabilities. Develop and oversee project scopes, schedules, and budgets; monitor adherence to these parameters. Conduct Quality Assurance/Quality Control checks on critical deliverables while assisting teammates on their projects. Collaborate with Client Service Leaders on technical marketing efforts and engage with clients across the U.S. Participate in professional societies to keep abreast of industry trends and innovations. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations. Location: This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of two days in the office. You may be based at any of our Industrial offices in the United States, including Houston, Irvine, Fairfax VA, Portland, New Orleans, Raleigh, Atlanta, Chicago, Phoenix, Austin, Concord CA, Edison, Albany, Boston, and Wadsworth, OH. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience. Must obtain PMP (PMI), CCM, or DBIA certification within 12 months of hire. Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally as necessary. Preferred Qualifications: Professional engineering (PE) license is preferred. Degree in civil, environmental, or chemical engineering, or a related discipline. Experience managing industrial water, water reuse, and wastewater projects. Demonstrated ability to lead multi-discipline project teams effectively. Excellent communication, networking, and team-building capabilities. Strong client relationship management experience. Master's degree is a plus. Experience with business development activities, including proposal preparation and cost estimation for industrial clients. Why Work With Us? Job Site Location: United States - Nationwide Travel Requirement: 10% of your time. Salary Range: $119,829 - $209,726 (with discretionary bonuses).
