As our Chief of Staff, you will play a critical role in translating the vision of our CEO and Board into actionable strategies while driving cross-functional initiatives that propel the business forward. Your role as a trusted partner requires a keen understanding of fast-scaling SMBs and an innate ability to serve as a gatekeeper and sounding board for the CEO’s priorities. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy and AI-native, with competencies in tools such as ChatGPT, positioning our company as an AI-first entity where beneficial. Key responsibilities include: Leading high-impact special projects Facilitating executive and senior leadership team meetings Acting as a vital communication link across the executive team Tracking organizational priorities, metrics, and accountability Drafting communications for the CEO Resolving cross-functional challenges Managing CEO-only initiatives and proactively addressing risks The successful candidate will have a background of 7-12+ years supporting CEOs or Founders, particularly within the D2C, eCommerce, or digital marketplace realms.
