Emergency Room Registered Nurse We have been engaged by one of our clients in the region to recruit Emergency Department Nurses to join their growing team. We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Emergency Department Nurse to join our team at a hospital near Laneview. As an ED Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients with medical and traumatic emergencies, working collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals, and ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care. Summary Perform initial assessments, triage, and treatment of patients with medical and traumatic emergencies Administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, and provide patient education Collaborate with physicians, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes Utilize critical thinking and decision-making skills to assess patient needs and adjust care plans as necessary Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment Requirements Current RN license in the state of Virginia Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency department or critical care setting BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient care needs
