Contract Applications Analyst

Job Overview: Search Solution Group is seeking a Contract Applications Analyst on behalf of our client, a not-for-profit health system providing comprehensive medical care through hospitals, specialty centers, and community programs. This hybrid role based in Houston, Texas, will support enterprise application security and system functionality within the Oracle Fusion environment. The Contract Applications Analyst will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Oracle security structures and application access to ensure compliance, performance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings hands-on Oracle Fusion Security experience and a strong understanding of healthcare or complex enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities: Configure and manage user roles, permissions, and security policies within Oracle Fusion Security Console Maintain and support Oracle Fusion Security configurations to ensure proper access controls Support and administer Oracle WebCenter environments Troubleshoot and resolve application access and security-related issues Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define and implement security requirements Conduct audits and ensure compliance with organizational security standards Assist with system upgrades, patches, and enhancements related to Oracle applications Document security configurations, processes, and changes Provide end-user support and guidance related to application security and access Requirements include: Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion applications Experience working with Oracle Application Fusion Security Console Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Security Experience administering Oracle WebCenter Experience in healthcare or large enterprise environments preferred Skills: Strong understanding of role-based access control and application security frameworks Analytical and troubleshooting skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a hybrid work environment Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Certifications: Oracle-related certifications preferred but not required Knowledge: Oracle Fusion Applications security architecture Oracle Application Fusion Security Console configuration Oracle WebCenter administration Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications Familiarity with Oracle OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) preferred Familiarity with Oracle OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) preferred Key Competencies: Detail-oriented with strong focus on security and compliance Problem-solving and analytical thinking Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams Adaptability in a dynamic healthcare technology environment Commitment to maintaining data integrity and system security How to Apply: To apply for this position, please click the "Apply" button at the top right of your screen.
