Job Description The Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects, from early planning through completion. Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client communication, and jobsite coordination, while ensuring project quality and safety standards are consistently upheld.This individual will play a central role in project delivery and team leadership, ensuring that operations run smoothly and that client satisfaction remains exceptionally high. The Project Manager will also help mentor project engineers/assistant PMs and contribute to the operational growth of the Winchester team. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Approximately 5-10 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 2 years directly as a Project Manager Open to Senior Project Manager-level professionals Strong general contracting background Experience leading projects from start through turnover; senior living and health care experience are major pluses Open to applicants with commercial, education, multifamily, and historic renovation experience Proven ability to manage complex project budgets Demonstrated success guiding multifunctional teams Strong tenure and professional stability Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to cultivate a positive, collaborative project environment What's on Offer Base Salary: $120,000 - $135,000+ Vehicle Allowance: Project Manager: $750/month car allowance + half mileage reimbursement Benefits Include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Two highdeductible HSA plan options 401(k) employer match: 50 cents on the dollar up to 3% (increases to 4% after 8 years) ShortTerm Disability AD&D Voluntary life and longterm disability options $25,000 employerpaid life insurance Annual profitsharing program (traditional bonus mechanism) 3 weeks PTO to start + company holidays Contact Patrick Stafstrom Quote job ref JN-022026-6952301
