Job Description The Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects, from early planning through completion. Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client communication, and jobsite coordination, while ensuring project quality and safety standards are consistently upheld.This individual will play a central role in project delivery and team leadership, ensuring that operations run smoothly and that client satisfaction remains exceptionally high. The Project Manager will also help mentor project engineers/assistant PMs and contribute to the operational growth of the Winchester team.
