Job Description

An in-person Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available at a school in Berlin, MD, serving students from PreK-3 through 6th grade. This role focuses on supporting children with mild to moderate disabilities, managing a caseload of 40-50 students. The position offers a dynamic and rewarding environment to impact young learners' communication development. Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments for students ranging from PreK-3 to 6th grade. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing mild to moderate communication disorders. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports. Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP planning. Desired Experience and Qualifications: Valid SLP certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence - SLP-CCC preferred). Experience working with children with mild to moderate speech and language disabilities. Ability to manage a substantial caseload effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
