A leading employment law firm is seeking a 2-6 year Employment Litigation Associate to join its established Las Vegas office. The Role You will join a collaborative Employment Litigation team and work closely with experienced partners on a broad range of contentious and advisory matters. The role offers meaningful responsibility and hands-on experience, alongside strong mentorship and clear progression opportunities. Key responsibilities will include: Drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings Drafting and arguing substantive motions Taking and defending depositions Defending claims in state and federal court Representing employers before administrative agencies (including the EEOC and NLRB) Advising clients on day-to-day employment issues and compliance matters Drafting and revising employee handbooks and policies Delivering client training and contributing to educational programmes Utilising innovative legal technology platforms to support client solutions The Ideal Candidate 2-6 years’ substantive litigation experience Experience in labour and employment law preferred, though strong litigators from other practice areas with a genuine interest in employment law will be considered Nevada Admission Required This role would suit an ambitious associate seeking high-quality work, strong mentorship, and the opportunity to build a practice within a nationally respected platform that is at the forefront of innovation in employment law.
