This role offers the flexibility of working from either our Springfield or Effingham branch, supporting a region with strong growth and a highly collaborative team culture focused on stability, training, and development. With opportunities to perform varied respiratory procedures, collaborate with a supportive branch team, and contribute to a growing market, you'll experience both independence in the field and strong organizational backing.Key Highlights Work Arrangement: On-site daily with 2–3 days on the road Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (open to a 4x10 schedule) On-Call: Every 3rd week Travel: 30–45 minutes to first stop, occasionally up to 1 hour; telehealth used when possible. Schedule Standard Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Open to a 4x10 schedule. On-call rotation: Every 3rd week. Travel Expectations On-site daily with 2–3 days on the road for patient visits or hospital setups. Travel to first stop typically 30–45 minutes; occasionally up to 1 hour. Telehealth used when appropriate to reduce unnecessary travel. Salary Range $26.75 – $33.64 per hour. Mileage reimbursement: $0.70/mile. What You’ll Do Perform non-invasive ventilator (NIV) setups (approx. 4–5 per month per branch). Complete vest therapy setups (1–2 per month). Conduct BiPAP setups, including rate adjustments. Provide patient education for respiratory equipment and therapies. Conduct home visits for evaluations and follow-ups. Support BC team members with respiratory therapy training. Maintain accurate electronic documentation. Deliver high-quality patient care and ensure safety compliance. Required Qualifications Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist with an active Illinois RT License. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Comfortable with patient home visits and flexible hours. Strong communication and patient-care mindset. Technical aptitude with tablets, desktops, and respiratory equipment.
