Collection & Foreclosure Paralegal

LHH is seeking a Collection/Foreclosure Paralegal to support our clients legal matters related to association collections, foreclosures, bank actions, and bankruptcy matters. Duties & Responsibilities Process owner payments and prepare balance due letters, payoff letters, and estoppels Review pre-collection notices, ledgers, and supporting documentation Prepare Notices of Intent to Lien, Notices of Intent to Foreclose, and Liens Prepare and generate complaint packages and all foreclosure pleadings Draft Stipulations for Settlement and Orders Ratifying Stipulations when applicable Prepare Motions for Summary Judgment, including affidavits of indebtedness and costs Draft cover letters to the judge and prepare hearing folders for attorneys Pull Mortgage and Satisfaction Searches Prepare Exhibits to Proofs of Claim Prepare Notices of Change in Post‑Petition Amounts EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 2 or more years of experience.
