Slater (Full-Time Nights) Schedule: Sun-Thurs | 11p-7a Must Have: Trach/Vent experience Care Needs: Feeding Tube, Catheter, Oxygen, Seizures, Trach Heavy lifting required (parent available to assist) ? Charles City Schedule: Wed, Sat & Sun | 7a-7p Care Needs: Mental Health, Seizures ? Perry Schedule: Mon-Thurs | 10p-7a Care Needs: Feeding Tube, BiPAP, VP Shunt ? West Des Moines Schedule: Sun 8a-5p Every Other Sat 8a-5p Tues & Fri 8:30a-5:30p Care Needs: G-Tube, Autism, Seizures ? Ankeny Schedule: Mon 7:15a-4:15p Care Needs: G-Tube, VP Shunt ? Ankeny Schedule: Fri 7a-5p Care Needs: Cerebral Palsy, Feeding Tube, Seizures, VP Shunt ? Des Moines Schedule: Mon 8a-6p Care Needs: Autism, Feeding Tube, Seizures REQUIRED: Iowa RN or LPN License Compensation RN: $30-$34/hour LPN: $27-$31/hour $2/hour shift differential for shifts worked between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM Requirements Active Iowa RN or LPN license Pediatric, homecare, or skilled nursing experience (New Grads Welcomed!)
