Travel Speech and Language Pathologist - Modesto, CA

This travel position offers the opportunity to provide specialized speech-language services across multiple school sites in the Modesto, CA area. The assignment is scheduled from ASAP through May 29, 2026, with scheduled Winter and Spring breaks observed between December 19, 2025, to January 12, 2026, and March 23 to March 27, 2026, respectively. As a key member of the educational support team, you will work approximately 6 hours per day, generally between 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM (with about 15 minutes of flexibility), delivering services tailored to individual student needs. Caseloads will be within established standards and may vary depending on site assignments. The dynamic nature of this role requires flexibility and adaptability, as assignments shift between multiple locations based on caseload requirements. Key qualifications and experience: Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) with experience in school settings Ability to manage caseloads in compliance with school district and regulatory guidelines Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with educators, students, and families Willingness and capacity to travel between multiple sites within the Modesto area Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules and caseload demands Responsibilities: Provide speech-language evaluation and intervention services aligned with students' individualized education plans (IEPs) Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of sessions, progress, and related communications Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and educational goals Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures governing student services This role presents a rewarding chance to make a meaningful impact on student communication development across diverse school environments.
