This contract position supports a caseload of 24-30 students, focusing on delivering school-based occupational therapy services. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in a school setting, supporting their educational and functional needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized intervention plans. Conduct evaluations, maintain timely documentation, and monitor student progress. Utilize therapeutic techniques to enhance students' motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care abilities. Qualifications and Experience: Valid Occupational Therapist license in Connecticut. Experience working as an OT within a school environment. Ability to manage a caseload of 24-30 students effectively. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of school-based therapy practices and educational regulations is preferred.
