A well-established retail pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Manager to lead their Clarinda, IA location. Location: Clarinda, IA Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Evaluate, prepare, and dispense medications accurately, following professional standards and legal regulations. Verify prescriptions to ensure safety and compliance with facility procedures as well as state and federal laws. Deliver excellent customer service, addressing patient questions and concerns about medication therapy with clinical knowledge and empathy. Maintain strong interaction with patients to support their medication adherence and overall health outcomes. Qualifications and Experience: Current Iowa Pharmacist License is required. Minimum of 1 year of pharmacist experience, preferably with retail pharmacy background. Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.
