RESPONSIBILITIES Superior operational abilities and extensive knowledge of the various aspects of human resources: compensation and benefits management, health management, talent management, etc. Extensive employee relations experience under a collective bargaining agreement Lead a team of 3 HR professionals while supporting attract and retain objectives and the monthly, quarterly, and annual company initiatives. Provide performance management and workforce development coaching and consulting to the operations and administrative leadership team. Facilitate report out of HR analytics, monthly HR & company initiatives, and announcements. Represent division group at community and corporate events and meetings. Promote change initiatives through proactive communication and relationship building. Introduce and support continuous improvement concepts while providing guidance and oversite to reach intended objectives. QualificationsREQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Minimum of 5 years in a professional HR management role with experience in a union and manufacturing environment. Strong analytical, organizational and communications skills and ability to set priorities. Leadership and expertise in promoting buy-in to proposed solutions. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS Systems. 10% travel - Some travel to Canada will be required. 100% onsite in a plant environment. Offering relocation assistance if needed.
