CGP: Temp Payroll Specialist

Our client in Downtown Los Angeles has an immediate need for a Temporary Payroll Specialist. Duration of engagement is six to eight months, full time hours Monday thru Friday. Hybrid role. Pay $32-35/hour. Responsibilities: Full cycle bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll processes for 500+ employees Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions, including salaries, bonuses, taxes, and other deductions Oversee time and attendance to ensure proper recording and reporting of hours worked Process wages for employee terminations, including processing manual checks Assist with internal and external payroll audits Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations Qualifications: 3+ years of full cycle payroll processing experience in high volume department Understanding of payroll regulations and compliance Multi state payroll processing experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills REF #48000 #LI-POST #ZR
