Chief Creative Officer

Job Description Revelyst Golf Technology is looking for a dynamic and visionary Chief Creative Officer to lead our creative design efforts. In this pivotal role, you will harness your expertise in creative direction, visual storytelling, and brand identity to shape the future of our brand. You will be responsible for the strategic development and execution of innovative design initiatives that align with Revelyst Golf Technology's mission and business objectives. This position will oversee the Creative Team's daily functions and long-term projects, while providing invaluable insights to executive leadership on unique challenges and strategic decisions. Reporting to the Vice President of Product Innovation & Marketing, this role is based in our San Diego office. As the Chief Creative Officer, you will have the opportunity to: Lead the creative vision and execution of brand, marketing, and product design initiatives across various platforms. Manage and mentor a talented team of designers, fostering high-quality outcomes and encouraging professional development. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and executive teams to ensure design strategies resonate with business goals. Oversee the creation of visual assets for digital campaigns, product launches, packaging, and events, ensuring impactful delivery. Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and platforms. Stay informed on design trends and technologies to keep our creative output fresh and competitive. Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into actionable improvements. You bring: 7+ years of experience in creative design, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity. A strong portfolio reflecting brand development, digital design, and successful campaign execution. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools. Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management abilities. Experience in fast-paced, collaborative environments. A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into engaging visual experiences. A passion for golf or familiarity with golf-related products is preferred, but not essential. Pay Range: Annual Salary: $180,000.00 - $190,000.00. The actual salary offered will be based on experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
