As a Product Manager for Coinbase Exchange, you will be instrumental in driving our objectives within the global cryptoeconomy, setting benchmarks for trading platforms and contributing to a more innovative financial ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Lead product development from conception to launch, strategically enhancing core product offerings. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and other teams to create and manage the product roadmap. Define and analyze metrics to inform product development decisions. Unite teams around a shared vision and effectively execute on that vision. Communicate clearly about plans and progress with internal partners, stakeholders, and executive leadership, while articulating product benefits externally to clients. What We Seek: 7+ years of product management experience. Excellent interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills. Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities. Proven leadership in driving product strategy and aligning senior engineers, designers, and cross-functional partners. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience developing products for institutional customers, including corporates, asset managers, hedge funds, market makers, and VCs, along with an understanding of various user types (e.g., traders, operations, financial controllers). Familiarity with a range of financial services products including trading, financing, payments, custody, or capital markets. In-depth knowledge of financial services products (e.g., trading, custody, financing) and/or relevant industry experience in core financial primitives (e.g., market microstructure, clearing, payments, exchanges).
