This is a unique opportunity for an innovative leader ready to design, implement, and enhance comprehensive fundraising programs aimed at generating $20M annually. The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of rich experience in fundraising and revenue-generating roles, demonstrating a successful track record of securing significant funds, including six- and seven-figure gifts. In this role, you will expand and diversify our fundraising efforts while fostering a strong culture of philanthropy within the organization. Your responsibilities will include: Leading organizational strategies for revenue growth. Identifying high-yield fundraising opportunities and evaluating the ROI of various initiatives. Mentoring and inspiring the development team to foster creativity, resilience, and accountability. Engaging with stakeholders to cultivate relationships that support our goals.
