Bilingual HR Manager

Our client, a Marlton based packaging company, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee daily HR operations and partner closely with senior leadership. Salary $80k-$100k, depending on experience. This role focuses heavily on compliance, employee relations, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage FMLA, disability, unemployment, and employment law compliance Lead employee relations, investigations, and performance management Oversee payroll, timekeeping, and benefits administration Manage onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS records Support leadership with training and HR strategy initiatives Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish required Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse environment Strong background in compliance, payroll, and employee relations Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment Ability to work onsite, Mon-Fri, at their Marlton, NJ location.
