Work Schedule Part-time initially, with the opportunity to become full-time Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Your Role and Responsibilities Diagnose and treat dental conditions with evidence-based practices Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures Endodontic experience is highly valued Educate patients on oral health and available treatment options Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation Work collaboratively with hygienists, assistants, and administrative personnel Adhere to clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program Active Utah dental license or eligibility for licensure Strong clinical and treatment planning skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Dedication to patient-centered care New graduates and experienced dentists are welcome to apply Compensation & Benefits Negotiable daily guarantee or 30% of collections (whichever is greater) for the first 6 months After 6 months: 30% of collections up to $50,000 per month, 35% for collections above that Competitive overall compensation structure CE allowance and support for professional development Clinical autonomy, with mentorship available Clear path for long-term growth and stability Technology & Support Digital patient records CBCT imaging CEREC with Prime Mill technology iTero scanner Electric handpieces Endodontic motor Experience a supportive clinical and administrative team Enjoy a positive and collaborative work environment How to Apply If you are interested in joining our team, we encourage you to apply.
