Your participation in these events will be fully supported. Key Responsibilities: Take full ownership of a specific product area, guiding it from vision and strategy through to execution. Lead the overall vision for Coinbase's decentralized finance (DeFi) products, advancing from initial ideas to successful launch. Develop and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for multiple teams, collaborating with cross-functional partners to achieve these targets. Initiate efforts to define, collect, and monitor relevant metrics (both quantitative and qualitative) for new and existing product areas. Skillfully manage and reconcile the objectives of various stakeholders. Gain stakeholder support, prioritize effectively, and drive the creation of a multi-year product strategy that informs the overall product direction. Requirements: A minimum of 8 years experience in Product Management. At least 3 years of demonstrable success in launching products within fintech, DeFi, or similarly intricate sectors. Strong ability to influence and engage in strategic discussions regarding on-chain initiatives. Proven experience working with diverse stakeholders and aligning their needs. A user-centric mindset with a deep understanding of various user personas. An entrepreneurial attitude that thrives in fast-paced settings. A talent for rapid learning and navigating complex domains efficiently. A genuine passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and the mission of Coinbase. Preferred Qualifications: Experience expanding on-chain ecosystems with developers, creators, or users. A well-established network within crypto communities. Familiarity with on-chain activities like working with Ethereum addresses, using ENS, and interacting with dApps or blockchain services. Our full-time positions include eligibility for bonuses, equity, and a full range of benefits (medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)).
