Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required. Meticulously document all procedures, train new personnel or students, and help maintain laboratory quality standards. Education Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification. Certification Requirements Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire. Maintain current certifications throughout your employment.
