We are looking for a visionary leader who will oversee a comprehensive project portfolio, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals while driving exceptional operational performance through standardized project management practices. In this vital role, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team to successfully deliver high-impact projects on schedule and within budget. Cultivating a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement will be key to your success. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing leadership and hands-on mentorship to a team dedicated to implementing extensive outsourced services. Collaborating with our Enterprise Technology Project Management Office to synchronize project efforts. We are seeking candidates with: A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; a Master's or MBA is preferred. At least 10 years of progressive project and program management experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership capacity. A proven history of leading enterprise PMOs or spearheading large-scale transformation initiatives. Deep understanding of various project management methodologies like PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, and SAFe. Exceptional leadership and communication skills are a must, enabling you to empower teams, foster cross-functional collaboration, and manage proactive changes effectively.
