Information Technology - ERP Consultant - Workday

In this role, you will provide end-to-end support across multiple phases of Workday Adaptive Planning projects, including planning, architecture, configuration, testing, and deployment. You will collaborate closely with internal and external teams, troubleshoot issues, document updates, and ensure seamless knowledge transition. The ideal candidate brings strong technical capability, reliability, and professionalism. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day configuration and implementation support for Workday Adaptive Planning Contribute across project phases including Plan, Architect, Configure, Test, and Deploy Participate in meetings to resolve ad hoc questions and system issues Document enhancements, configuration changes, and support activities Collaborate with managed services teams to transition ongoing support Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all interactions Requirements Workday Adaptive Planning Certification Nice to Have Workday HCM Certification Workday Reporting Certification Must Haves Strong understanding of Workday Adaptive Planning functionality Ability to troubleshoot system issues and deliver clear solutions Strong documentation and communication skills Professionalism and a commitment to maintaining a respectful work environment
