Production Worker Our local Appleton client is growing! They have a need for a 1st shift production worker. This temp to hire position will offer you the chance to grow and learn while working in a fast paced environment. Position - Flexo Press Plate ProductionJob Location - Appleton, WIStarting Date - ImmediateEmployment Term - Regular, Temp to hireEmployment Type - Full-TimeWork Hours - 7am-3:30pm M-F Starting Pay - $18-$19 Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral BonusRequired Education - HSEDRequired Experience - 6 months to one year related experience or trainingResponsibilities Ensures accurate, consistent, and timely completion of high quality basic to intermediate level production of conventional and liquid Flexo plates which conform to set technical specification Prepare printing plates for mounting Mount printing plates in register as required to meet client's specs Perform and record quality control checks Pack and dispatch plates to correct destination. Record all dispatch details. Run agreed routine calibration checks. Ensure optimum performance of equipment and quickly report any equipment breakdowns. Ensure that all time entries are accurate and up-to-date and all material usage is recorded. Qualifications 6 months to one year related experience or training Experience in Graphics Arts industry (e.g. Design Studio/Agency environment) or related field in manufacturing (i.e. Printing, Pre Press) a plus Please send your resume to .
