Primary Job Responsibilities • Set up and operate extrusion machines according to job specifications and safety standards • Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent quality and output • Adjust machine settings (e.g., speed, temperature, pressure) to maintain optimal production conditions • Make repairs to equipment when necessary and replace all broken and/or worn components • Perform routine quality checks and inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges • Record production data and complete shift logs accurately • Load raw materials and monitor material feed • Follow all safety procedures and report any safety problems to the Production Manager immediately • Commitment to our continuous improvement and safety initiatives • Identify, label, weigh and dispose of scrap • Clean and maintain machines and work area to ensure operational efficiency • Collaborate with maintenance and quality control teams as needed • Fulfills the role as required in the documented quality system manual, directives and work instruction • Identify and resolve basic machine malfunctions or deviation • Perform all other duties as assigned • Live our Core Values Contact person: Helen CoronaHuman Resources Please submit your application via the 'Apply' button.
