Job Title: RN Manager - ICU Location: Sebring, FL Schedule: Full-Time | Permanent | Mixed Shift | No Weekends Compensation Hourly Rate: $42.36 - $60.56 per hour (Based on Experience) Position Summary A reputable acute care hospital in Sebring, FL is seeking an experienced RN Manager - ICU to lead daily operations within the Intensive Care Unit. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards. The RN Manager works under the direction of the Nursing Director and practices in accordance with professional standards established by the American Nurses Association (ANA). Responsibilities Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations of the ICU Supervise, mentor, and support ICU nursing staff Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care Maintain compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and best practices Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams Assist with staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations Monitor quality indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives Support staff education and professional development Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Florida or Compact) Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) Minimum 5 years of Critical Care nursing experience in an acute care setting Minimum 3 years of progressive leadership experience (Charge Nurse, Coordinator, Supervisor, or Nurse Manager) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Certification For more details reach at or Call / Text at 518-862-1204.
