This position requires strong leadership skills and a compassionate approach to ensure that each resident receives personalized attention and support.10pm - 6am Full-Time Hours OpenBase Wage (without shift differentials): $36.46 - $40.46/hr (RN) and $29.35 - $32.15/hr (LPN)+ 3nd shift differential: $5.50/hour+ Weekend shift differential: $4.75/hourResponsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the nursing staff and ensure adherence to established protocols.Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment planning.Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.Monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies as necessary.Educate patients and families on health management and available resources.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate documentation.
