Location: Vancouver, WA Duration: Full-time, Temporary (Short-term) Hours/Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Compensation: $25-$30/hour, depending on experience Overview: LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing company in Vancouver, WA to hire a Recruiter for a short-term assignment. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting activities, helping to identify, attract, and hire top talent while supporting a smooth hiring process. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process. Assist with onboarding and offer process as needed. Maintain accurate candidate records and assist with recruitment reporting. Ensure a positive candidate experience while supporting timely hires. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements. Qualifications: Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks independently. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of basic HR and employment practices is a plus.
