Job Title: Brand Strategy Consultant Location: Charlotte, NC Type: Contract Max Pay Rate: $82/hr Role Overview Seeking a Brand Strategy Consultant to support strategic initiatives during a temporary coverage period. This role requires a highly consultative professional who can uncover business needs, define customer value propositions, and develop positioning, messaging, and naming strategies for products and services. The ideal candidate has strong experience partnering with leadership teams to shape brand strategy and translate complex business needs into clear brand narratives. Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & Positioning Lead development of brand positioning and messaging frameworks Define customer value propositions for products and services Conduct discovery sessions to uncover business needs and brand opportunities Strategic Brand Development Create strategic naming concepts for products and services Develop brand narratives aligned with organizational goals Provide strategic guidance to stakeholders on brand direction and messaging Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams Translate business objectives into clear brand strategies Deliver presentations and recommendations to executive stakeholders Strategic Consulting Identify opportunities to strengthen brand positioning and market differentiation Guide long-term brand strategy initiatives Provide insights and recommendations based on market and customer analysis Required Qualifications 7+ years of brand strategy, marketing strategy, or business strategy experience Strong experience developing brand positioning and messaging frameworks Expertise in customer value proposition development Experience creating product or service naming strategies Strong consulting and stakeholder engagement skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working with large enterprise organizations Background in financial services, consulting, or corporate marketing strategy Strong executive presentation and storytelling skills
