Responsibilities: Provide healthcare professionals and decision-makers with accurate and timely responses to inquiries related to bladder cancer. Build and nurture scientific relationships with key opinion leaders and academic institutions to promote research and educational opportunities in Uro-Oncology/Bladder Cancer. Support studies from protocol development through completion for Phase IV and Investigator Initiated Trials (IITs). Deliver field scientific support and training to sales and Corporate Account Managers (CAMs). Document and relay reports of adverse events to relevant teams. Stay abreast of developments in the assigned therapeutic area. Provide updates on competitive activities and any events that may influence product usage. Design and present scientific and educational programs, including formulary presentations for managed care organizations. Assist Medical Affairs in crafting presentations and materials. Participate in advisory boards, speaker training, clinical meetings, and key conferences. Support field requests for medical education funding. Engage in key medical and scientific conferences, gathering intelligence and attending relevant sessions. Requirements: Doctorate degree (D.V.M., M.D., Ph.D., or Pharm.D.) in biological sciences. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison. Experience in Uro-Oncology, Urology, or Oncology is required. Ability to apply technical expertise and solutions to diverse situations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of FDA and OIG regulations, clinical trial design, and statistics. Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of colleagues. Strong networking skills, comfortable interacting with senior experts. Critical data analysis abilities. Commitment to keeping up to date with scientific literature. High emotional intelligence and stakeholder engagement skills. Act as a primary medical contact in the field. Physical Requirements: This is a field-based role requiring willingness to travel 60% or more of the time. Our Compensation and Benefits: The base salary for this role ranges from $142,500 to $185,000, reflecting a broad estimate of compensation based on various factors including experience and location. Additionally, an annual bonus based on individual and company performance is part of the compensation package.
