As a Service Manager, you'll lead the maintenance team and ensure our communities meet the highest standards of safety, functionality, and appearance. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance Leadership Oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring timely and accurate completion of service requestsManage the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections, scheduling vendors, and quality checksMaintain inventory control and ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and supplies Preventive Maintenance & Safety Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programsEnsure compliance with OSHA standards, company safety policies, and risk management proceduresConduct routine property inspections to identify and resolve safety concerns Team & Vendor Management Lead and mentor maintenance technicians, fostering a collaborative team environmentInspect work performed by contractors and vendors to ensure quality and adherence to specificationsSupport cost-control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing when possible Grounds & Common Areas Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of grounds, amenities, and common areasPerform general upkeep tasks such as pressure washing, painting, and trash removal What We're Looking For Experience in property maintenance leadership or similar roleStrong technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairEPA certifications (Type I & II or Universal) & CPO requiredValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotationsPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance and work in all weather conditions Benefits Competitive pay based on experience401(k) with company matchHealth, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible spending accountsLife insurance & paid parental leavePaid time off and holidaysEmployee assistance and discount programs Schedule: Full-time; flexible hours with on-call responsibilities About LSA ManagementLSA Management is redefining property management careers.
