Hanover, MD, USA | Service | Hourly | 16.00-18.50 per hour 18 | Seasonal Seasonal Service Helper - Swimming Facilities Join our team this summer as a Service Helper, supporting the upkeep and smooth operation of our swimming facilities and surrounding grounds. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in a clean and safe environment, and are comfortable in and around the water. Key Responsibilities: Clean and maintain swimming facilities and grounds. Assist with minor repairs and general upkeep to ensure facilities are in proper working order. Support inspections and facility preparations throughout the summer season. Qualifications: Must be able to swim and stay underwater for short periods. Ability to lift 50+ pounds. Strong attention to detail and a willingness to assist with various facility tasks. Compensation: Pay rate is competitive and based on experience and qualifications. Additional Information: This is a temporary/seasonal position. Qualified candidates may be considered for advancement to full-time, year-round roles.
