Maintenance Technician-3rd Shift

Responsibilities:Follow company safety procedures, quality standards, and code of ethics Perform inspections, testing, repairs, and replacements on mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and PLC equipment Troubleshoot and resolve complex maintenance issues using technical expertise Read and interpret maintenance procedures, engineering drawings, schematics, and process trends Install, repair, and troubleshoot new and existing equipment Complete daily maintenance tasks and log results in the computer system Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of work performed Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and supervisors to improve safety, equipment efficiency, and product quality Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in training opportunities Maintain a clean and organized work area in line with 5S practices Qualifications:High school diploma (or equivalent) plus 2+ years of maintenance technician experience Hands-on experience with hydraulics, mechanical systems, and PLCs Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Comfortable reading instructions, technical documents, and applying job requirements to ensure quality outcomes Effective verbal and written communication skills in English Solid math and basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows) Team player with the ability to work across departments and functions Physically able to stand 8-12 hours, bend, squat, reach overhead, and lift up to 50 lbs (occasionally push/pull up to 75 lbs)
