Job Description

The Global Grocery team is seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Quality Manager to contribute to our exciting and fast-paced work environment. In this role, you will play a key part in scaling our business across physical stores and online channels, ensuring that our products meet high-quality expectations. As the Senior Quality Manager, you will: Oversee the consistent production and delivery of quality food and beverage products. Collaborate with various teams, including Product Management, Sourcing, Product Development, Food Safety, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to uphold quality standards. Monitor launched products, perform trend analysis, and implement process improvement initiatives with suppliers and internal teams. Develop benchmarking and reporting mechanisms to assess and track quality performance metrics. Utilize data to identify trends and drive improvements that enhance customer trust in our brands and products. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with large data sets to derive actionable insights. You will be expected to: Conduct detailed analysis of customer feedback across food and beverage categories to prioritize improvement activities. Establish robust mechanisms for monitoring customer feedback to mitigate safety and compliance risks. Create dashboards to manage large data sets and support key business decisions. Identify quality risks and lead corrective actions promptly. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to overcome challenges while maintaining product safety and compliance. Define and track quality KPIs and reporting metrics. Establish standard operating procedures and clarify roles and responsibilities for quality activities among teams. Identify and implement operational improvements for efficiency and cost savings. Travel as needed for supplier meetings and quality investigations. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 6+ years of compliance, audit, or risk management experience. 5+ years of program or project management experience. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience in Food and Beverage. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification. Experience applying technology and lean principles/Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement. Master's degree or equivalent experience.
