This role focuses on building production-grade AI systems aligned with enterprise objectives.The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on expertise in LLM systems, scalable ML infrastructure, and end-to-end MLOps ownership.Must-Have Skills Advanced Python programmingCI/CD pipelines for ML systemsDeep Learning: CNNs, RNNs, TransformersDocker containersDocker SwarmKubernetesLarge Language Models (LLMs)REST and gRPC APIsVector databases Key ResponsibilitiesAI & Machine Learning Development Evaluate ML processes and select appropriate models for business use cases.Develop and deploy AI algorithms, including CNNs, RNNs, and Transformer-based architectures.Train, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs for enterprise applications.Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to train AI models.Test and validate models to ensure performance, scalability, and accuracy. LLM Application & System Architecture Design and implement production-grade LLM systems including:RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines AI agentsTool/function-calling systems Implement embeddings, prompt engineering strategies, and context management.Integrate vector databases into LLM workflows. Production MLOps & Infrastructure Own end-to-end ML lifecycle:CI/CD DeploymentMonitoringVersioningPerformance & cost optimization Build scalable APIs using REST and gRPC.Deploy models using Docker and orchestrate workloads using Kubernetes and Docker Swarm.Support GPU-based ML workloads in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to define AI goals.Ensure AI solutions align with enterprise architecture and operational standards.Stay current with emerging AI technologies and best practices. Required Qualifications Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.Proven experience as an AI Engineer or similar role.Strong expertise in advanced Python development.Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks.Experience deploying scalable AI systems in production.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
