We are seeking a talented Special Procedures Technologist to join our Interventional Radiology department on a per diem basis. Collaborative Support: Work hand-in-hand with Radiologists, providing critical assistance during a wide array of complex interventional procedures, including angiograms, biopsies, drainages, and embolizations. Patient-Centered Care: Play a vital role in coordinating patient services, ensuring seamless care delivery & exceptional experiences for patients & referring providers. Safety & Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of radiation safety and patient confidentiality, adhering strictly to NYSDOH and JCAHO regulations. Qualifications: Completion of two year AMA-approved school of radiographic technology required Current valid NYS License required American Registry of Radiological Technology Registry/ARRT (R) required BLS certificate required. Ability to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patient. Actively guards the confidentiality of sensitive info. including but not limited to patients & staff of the health system.
