Job Title: FIORI Application Developer Location: Remote Positions Available: 2 Client: SAP HCM Project (No SuccessFactors experience required)W2 OnlyPublic Trust ClearanceNo U.S. Citizenship required: Green Card holders are eligible, provided they have not traveled or lived outside the U.S. for 6 months within the past 5 years.Role Overview:The client is working with SAP ECC HCM and plans to migrate to SAP S/4HANA HCM. The candidate will need to have strong experience in SAP FIORI (UI5) and ABAP development, with a focus on developing and implementing SAP Fiori applications. Experience with SuccessFactors is not required.Required Skills:SAP FIORI (UI5) front-end development experienceABAP DevelopmentWeb Dynpro knowledgeSAP HCM project experience (client uses SAP ECC HCM, migrating to SAP S/4HANA HCM; SuccessFactors experience is not required)Develop and implement SAP Fiori applicationsCollaborate with UX designers to improve usabilityTroubleshoot, identify, and debug Fiori applications and related issuesTranslate business requirements into technical requirementsPerform unit testing and facilitate business user acceptance testingDevelop technical specifications and design documentsPrepare project-related documentation for all stages of the projectCommunicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and business partners2+ years of proven work experience as an SAP Fiori Developer or similar roleStrong knowledge of SAP UI5, Fiori, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSSFamiliarity with SAP HANA database, OData services, and NetWeaver GatewayProven work experience with SAP ABAP development tools and conceptsExperience with SAP Fiori design principles, app templates, and SAP ERP implementationsFamiliarity with SAP Fiori Elements, SAP Web IDE, Eclipse, and GitPreferred Skills:Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in software developmentEducation:A degree from an accredited College/University in a relevant field is preferred.If no degree is available, 4 additional years of relevant work experience is required.This is a remote position.
