Located in Amite, LA and Metairie, LA, we are looking for a skilled provider who is eager to grow with us at either location. You will have the support of a dedicated team of 12 to 15 professionals along with a loyal patient base, making this an ideal opportunity for both new graduates and seasoned dental professionals. Our practice offers a comprehensive six-month mentoring program and potential for partnership in the future. Schedule: Monday through Thursday 7:40 AM to 5:00 PM First patient scheduled at 8:00 AM Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional patient care and a range of dental services Diagnose dental conditions and create personalized treatment plans Provide quality general dentistry procedures Ensure accurate clinical documentation in Open Dental Work collaboratively with the dental team to enhance patient experience Exhibit professionalism and punctuality in all work What We’re Looking For: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active Louisiana dental license or eligibility to obtain No prior experience necessary Dependable, timely, and professional demeanor Compassionate with excellent communication skills Team-oriented with a strong desire to learn Compensation & Benefits: Compensation between 35% to 40% of net production Expected annual earnings ranging from $120,000 to $250,000 Performance-based incentives Medical insurance coverage Dental discounts for employees 401(k) with employer matching Funding for continuing education Uniform allowance provided Structured six-month mentoring program Future opportunity for partnership available Advanced Technology & Clinical Features: CBCT technology Digital scanning capabilities In-office digital printing Invisalign treatment options Guided implant surgery systems If you are seeking a long-term career with potential for personal and professional growth in a dynamic, supportive environment, we encourage you to apply now!
