Front-End Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a Front-End Engineer for a Contract with a client in Sunnyvale, CA(Hybrid). You will build responsive, highquality frontend experiences by developing and optimizing Reactbased interfaces for performance and scalability. Rate Range: $60/hour to $64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Front End Engineer job responsibilities include: Develop and maintain responsive, highperformance frontend components using React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Translate designer mockups and prototypes into intuitive, accessible, and visually polished user interfaces. Integrate front-end applications with RESTful and GraphQL APIs while ensuring clean, welldocumented, and testable code. Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and bestinclass user experience across devices. Deploy and maintain front-end applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP using Docker and Kubernetes. Troubleshoot UI issues, participate in code reviews, and ensure adherence to security best practices including CSP, XSS prevention, and CSRF handling. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent handson experience). 8-10 years of professional frontend development experience. Advanced proficiency in React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+), with proven experience building scalable, responsive user interfaces. Strong experience integrating REST/GraphQL APIs and deploying front-end applications on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) using Docker and Kubernetes.
