Required Skills: Minimum of 2 years of specialized nursing experience in oncology or hematology Valid BLS certification Chemotherapy Certification or equivalent specialized training Strong understanding of outpatient infusion procedures Excellent patient communication and compassionate care skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols Nice to Have Skills: Additional certifications such as Pharmacy Technician Certification Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Bilingual abilities for better patient interactions Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient infusion clinic Preferred Education and Experience: State-licensed RN with a current and valid license At least 2 years of recent experience in an oncology or hematology setting Experience administering chemotherapy and hematology treatments in outpatient settings Other Requirements: Must be willing to work scheduled hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Full-time 13-week assignment No local candidates within 50 miles are considered Commitment to patient safety and confidentiality Willingness to comply with all applicable healthcare regulations and facility policies This position offers an hourly pay rate of $51.82, with benefits including competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), a robust referral bonus program, 24/7 dedicated support team, paid sick time in accordance with laws, plus licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable.
