Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation. Certifications ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment. Keep your certification current for the duration of your employment. Necessary Skills Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within healthcare teams.
